THE CREATION OF CARMEN’S KITCHEN

As far as I can remember, I have been passionate about cooking with Dreams of one day owning a business in the food industry.  Along the way, I developed two other passions – a career in nursing and raising a family, but always in the back of my mind, my passion for cooking simmered.  So I fulfilled my passion for cooking by becoming the greatest gourmet cook for family,  friends and co-workers.

My English Toffee became my most popular special occasion gift.  Other baked items like my carrot cakes were always well received, but the question always arose “No English Toffee?”

Upon tasting my English Toffee, the comment would always be “These are SO GOOD, and they literally melt in your mouth, they are mouth watering” When I moved to Colorado from my home country Jamaica, the comments on my toffee then became “These are SO Good, BETTER than that well known Colorado English Toffee maker, you should sell them.”
